Buy OEM ones and you won't have to question the quality. Sure they're more expensive but you get what you pay for. I put new GM uppers and lowers on both of my trucks.

I don’t us cheap parts on my truck. So the higher end idler and bracket that I replaced with proforged must be a fluke. Not to mention my left upper ball joint TTX ball joint you can’t grease unless the wheel is just the right place real pain to grease. Mevotech is garbage!
so, it's garbage because it's not convenient to grease? or it's garbage because the ball joint has failed? just trying to elaborate, I figured if the grease fitting is on top of the ball joint i'm probably going to have to take the wheel off to fill it with grease, or I am going to have monkey my arms around the wheel and tire, just like if I replace anything else with a grease fitting it's probably only going to be accessible in a specific manner.

What ever I can grease every other gm ball joints on a lift maybe turn tires left or right to access the ball joint grease fitting. No truck had to be on ground turned to the right just right or no go! I work on car, trucks tractors you name it everyday as a living .The rate at which I have replaced mevotch parts is often period. Garbage! If you like Mevotech by all means good luck !

so, lets be clear. your ttx ball joint (not lower control arm), (not upper control arm), just the upper ball joint has failed or no?
I am asking specifically about the ttx line (severe duty) I am well aware they also make economic parts which are probably more prone to failure.

I am asking because I currently have 125k on this vehicle, I drive it like i'm being chased by a gang of highway patrol, I take speed bumps and potholes with impunity, I corner and change lanes like mario andretti on the autobahn, I drive up and down on sidewalks to get around others. and my oem control arms and balls joints have not yet failed, when they do I want to know if the ttx line will meet or beat them

Once again, if the OEM parts have done so well why would you even consider anything else? Spend a little extra and get another 125k miles of police chases, speed bumps, potholes, and side walks.
