Hi all, looking to proactively replace my heater hoses and T fittings. I got the genuine OEM T fittings for both feed and return lines.

I also was able to find the OEM straight hose, I guess it's the feed line.

What I can't seem to locate is the branched line to the white T fitting.

I also need the radiator to overflow tank hose as well as the skinny radiator to cylinder head line.

Can anyone provide me with part numbers? I only saw dayco and dorman on amazon, not OEM.

If you provide the last 8 of your VIN, @915_Tahoe might be able to point you in the right direction.

I'm fine with non OEM on the two radiator lines I inquired about. But the heater stuff, I want to go all OEM.

Did you cut the fitting off and replace it with the Y? Was there enough existing hose for it to fit with some slack? Or did you have to order new lines?

The Dorman Y-connector comes with new rubber hoses on all three sides... you can't buy just the metal piece by itself.

Gonna just roll with new OEM GM lines/fittings. Truck has 140k and the originals have made it this far with no cracking yet. I'll just consider it a 100k maintenance item.
