I wish I knew more about the heads on my corvette. The former owner liked to build fast cars but I dont recall exactly which heads he put on. Just that they were from patriot. Personally I would have preferred AFR but $$$$Yes I did the 6.0 swap. It was super easy. Just had have the computer flashed for the 6.0. The biggest difference is the camber size between the 243/799 heads and the 317 heads. 243/799 heads have a 64cc chamber and 317 heads have a 71cc chamber.
Are your patriot heads ported stocks ones? My ls1 in my camaro is stock internals. Has a fast 92/92 intake combo , lt heads , ory , magnaflow catback , clear lid , and a 100 shot of nitrous. Traction sucks though...lol.
Oh wow that is way different than mine. Looks awesome. Super cool to see I am not the only one rebuilding a newer tahoe

Got the cowl induction hood and a cold air kit today. Hood needs some bodywork done to it.
Some of the SUVs have the trans temp and some don’t. All the GMT800 Denalis have them. My 2006 does.Curious, does your Tahoe build have a transmission temperature gauge? I wish these came with a transmission temperature readout.
Pics....?!?Painted my intake tube with vht wrinkle finish , didn't like how it stood out in my engine bay.
Got our driveway paved today , no more mud parking now....lol.
