it is normal for the oil pressure to fluctuate on these trucks, but it shouldn't be going down to low enough to set a oil light, you can load videos to youtube and then put the link in here.

I just picked up a 2019 tahoe and was just looking this up in the owners manual! My other vehicles the oil pressure gauge stays constant but this tahoe had me all worried as the needle would move up and down depending on if I am stopped or accelerating. Per my manual it states it is normal.

how do i check that?

it has the yellow gas cap but there is no flex fuel badging and I haven't run e85 in it since ive owned it

In the glove box is a sticker, your RPO Sheet, with all the codes or options your truck is equipped with. It will show probably show LMG and you can also see this on the emissions sticker under the hood. Ethanol is cool to run the engines love the stuff, free horsepower. I run it when it makes financial sense to or just for the extra power. Mine gets its best mileage on low alcohol percentages, between 15% and 20%.

Your engine has a variable displacement oil pump, pretty cool tech that is worth looking up and learning about.
