What did you do to your NNBS GMT900 Tahoe/Yukon Today?

I noticed more water dripping from the left rear again. So I started pulling the lower door weatherstripping and this happened.

I finished pulling the rubber off, and pulled the "drain plug" out of the door. There was a LOT of water in there.

I'm guessing this is from a bad window seal. I dont see any other way for water to get in there. Any other ideas?

This is totally normal. Conventional wisdom regarding these trucks says to take those plugs and throw them as far as you can.

There is a small drain hole in the corner. It's right above where the seam from the door skin is folded over.

Btw, I removed the rear most plug from each door and kept them out.

I am not really sure about this drain hole at least didn't see it on mine, I meant lose the plugs. like @HiHoeSilver said

The other three doors were dry, btw.

My house is located right on the water, we get some really bad northeastern storms, wind driven rain gets in to my driver door like crazy more driver side than any other door, I guess because of this window being used the most maybe?

Agree, I am actually buying a condo in that new 17 story building in asbury as an investment, Nice breeze up there and less humidity at this elevation.

It was 80 here today. Tomorrow we’re supposed to get another “bomb cyclone”, with 60+ mph winds, and 6-8” of snow. We’ll see. They were right about the last one!
