I remember having a bunch of 25-cent screwdrivers at Elbo Room one morning during Spring Break, and then thinking it a good idea to go for a swim in the choppy surf just across the street. Yeah, the swimming was fun-----for about 20 seconds. The waves were rough and were pushing me further & further down the shoreline before I knew it, and I struggled to get back to my posse without drowning. lolol

Or Escalado. Any combination of the names sound like a Spanish dish. I would tear up a plate of Escalados. Smother them with a layer of queso, sour cream and guacamole..
