Thanks gents.

Can the bolts be reused, or should I plan on replacing them as well? If they should be replaced, can you tell me what they are so I can go ahead and have them on hand?

Any specific part number for the tranny mount someone can toss my way? I assume THIS (4wd) is the correct part, but confirmation is always appreciated.

I saw no issue reusing bolts. Just remember that the block bolts are different length than those that go into the frame. Ask me how I know...

Original bolts can be reused with no problems if they are in good shape when you remove them. Apparently, in certain areas of the country your car dissolves out from under you and makes every nut and bolt one with whatever it's fastened to. Removing them requires a torch and/or other metal cutting measures. That's about all I know of this stuff. Maybe one day I'll see it in person.

Well, this Burb did spend the first 40k if it’s life up in New England, so I might have some of those issues to deal with. I’d rather have replacements on hand and not need them than need them and not have them.

That was the correct transmission mount I posted, yes?

I don't know where you got that part number from, but nothing I'm finding shows it to be for your 2011 Suburban. But, it looks identical to all the aftermarket ones I'm seeing. It's probably correct and there's an error in the compatability charts.

I wouldnt worry about the trans mount. I have never seen one go bad personally. Theyre easy to install though.

I dropped the Burb off at the shop this morning for a once-over (since she is new to me and I’m having this surge/stutter/hestitstion pulling out from a stop issue), and the list of things I asked them to look at included motor mounts. They came back and said they all (including transmission) needed replacing.

I’m hoping to get a chance to crawl under it this weekend and look at them, but I’m thinking I may go ahead and order the parts.

That’s what rockauto listed as the mount for my vehicle...

I’ll go back and double check it. They had two listed, one for 2wd and one for 4wd.

edit:
Double checked, that's what it shows if I scroll down to teh ACDelco part for 4wd...

Is this wrong?

I'd go with it. I'd trust RA's info over Amazon's or ebay's compatibility charts.

Thanks folks.

I've got a den full of parts from RockAuto and Amazon. Now I just need to get the transmission resolved and then I get all the rest of this stuff updated.
