99 and older came with an older style PCM (computer) that you couldnt do that much to it.
The 0411 (part of the part number) PCM is from the newer 2000+ Chevy vans that still had the 5.7
Its very close to the one in my 01 vette. With the 0411 you can tune way more things than the old style, electric fans, tow haul, etc.

finally got my truck back, I've had a total of 4 days this month...
put my rear mud flaps back on, fixed a burnt out marker light, put a couple of (unobtainium) firewall battery cable retainers on, put my esky third brake light with red tinted putco on, she came back with a brand new g80, rebuilt front diff, complete new rear brakes, new rear bumper, now I have to ****** up a couple rear air shocks these have a slow leak, the arnott's are about 160 each and have a lifetime warranty so I think I will go with those they are just a rebuilt oem with a goodyear bladder, dealer wants $330 each with my fleet discount-naw I'll pass

I'd hardly consider that "upstate". I think you may actually be a lowly downstate commoner in denial of his status. I don't know why it would matter to you because TYF is open and accepting to all kinds.

ya there pretty nice at night but kinda meh in daylight in my opinion
I was going to put these bad boys in as marker lights, they fit, but there is such a thing as "too bright" glancing at these for more a 1 or 2 seconds and they burn your eyeballs, way way to bright for a clear housing.
Dont really give a **** about my address.. its a house, i live there... do what ya gotta do...
