You paint those yourself? Where did you get the wrap?
My buddy that painted the truck painted the wood grain black. My shop wraps cars and we have plenty vinyl here. It's 3m 1080

Wife came home and complained about a noise when hitting gas. Idles fine with no noises, but around 1500rpm, the noise starts.

Hit the AC button and voila, noise is gone. So... Either I have a $40 fix in my hands to replace the AC belt tensioner or then it's a bunch more to replace the AC compressor.

Changed the tensioner with one from AutoZone just over two years ago and lately the belt has actually been squealing a little bit, so I sure hope that would be it...

Ordered a genuine AC Delco from Amazon and it'll be here tomorrow.

Scam post is scamming

Got a new windshield yesterday. After calling a bunch of smaller companies for quotes, I ended up going with Safelite because they're more reputable, had a few discounts and don't use questionable brand glass. They took it back promptly at the appointed time and finished closer to the estimated minimum time. All the trim and seals were straight and tight. Got a Pilkington windshield for $180.40 out-the-door. Ended up being a couple dollars cheaper than the fly-by-night places.

They even transferred over my expired sticker. I guess an expired sticker is a lesser offense than no sticker. I plan to (try to) cut out the "6" and rotate it 180° to give me 3 more months, although I should be able to get it inspected this week.

Installed new AC belt tensioner and the noise is still there when the AC is on, so I guess it's the compressor. Figures.

Damn...

May want to try rotating it 180° so that it would be less obvious... lol
