Well, the Suburban is on hold for projects at the moment. Been a very eventful day between my fence falling down with all this wind and now my central air and heat decided to burn itself up needing a complete replacement. Plus to top everything else off, they sent me a damn 00-06 lowering kit again! I knew not to buy off amazon... Lots of frusturarion today to say the least

You mean the bw muffler right ;)

Haha! Nice catch, brother! :D

Since I'm probably turning this rig over to my younger daughter within a year or so, I'm pumping the brakes on more aggressive mods.

Haha.. i hear ya.

Between the MagnaFlow and bw mufflers ive had, they were close in sound levels. Thats with mf with out a res and the bw with a res. I also had a bit of drone at certain speeds with the mf. Both gtg in my book:)

This is the mf i had

Completed my switch to Full Synthetic oil last night before the storms move in. I didn't know what type/brand of oil the used car lot had used, if they even changed it, so I changed it last month and used Castrol semi synthetic. Now she has a fresh pan of Castrol Edge full synthetic and a new AC Delco PH48E. I will be contacting my local muffler shop and get an estimate on a resonator delete and see if it will be cheaper than the SLP.

Id like to get the slp res delete but im afraid itd make it too loud haha
I just put the SLP tip/resonator delete kit on my Tahoe. The difference in sound is barely noticeable and that's just because I'm listening for the difference. If I wasn't trying to hear it you'd never know the change.

If i was stock exhaust id definitely fo on the res delete, but with the bw muffler im hesitant cause i dont want to add drone where i have none now haha. Im working on a res delete setup now :D

Re-re-tinted the rear window minus the rookie mistakes, one minor crease that I'll never see from the drivers seat. Finished the LED swap with the door light, the only bulbs that aren't LED at this point are the front turn signals, headlights (factory HID) and the dash bulbs. Dash bulbs will stay as they are, I did an LED cluster once and if I had any hair I would've pulled it out from frustration.

When/if you do the exterior leds your gonna love it. I have all my front and rear, puddle lights as led. Theyre bright and look great. The reverse lights actually are useful now haha. I even did the switchback turn signals..:)

Agreed.

I installed interior LEDS about a week ago and added LED license and puddle lights yesterday. I had resisted doing it because I'd thought it may look flashy/import tuner-ish. I was wrong, and the truck looks sharp. Adding reverse light LEDS soon as they arrive to my house.

What bulb are you guys going with for the reverse lights. I really don't have to have a full LED conversion on my Hoe but some brighter reverse lights would be useful.
