No, there is no water there, this is mother-of-pearl from metal dust, the result of metal wear inside the engineMy 2 cents worth, I saw milky oil in your first post, so I am thinking a blown head gasket, water getting into the oil. If that happened the oil viscosity discussion is moot. Very interested to hear from you if water in the oil was an issue or not an issue.
