I have a 2022 Tahoe High Country with air suspension. I’d like to put an 18-inch winter wheel setup on.

I don’t see any issues and it appears the wheels will fit.

I’d appreciate any advice or things I should look for.

There are a few posts discussing this very same thing. I recently inquired about the air suspension and wheel size as well. You shouldn’t run into any issues. I plan on using 20s for my winters. I bought a set of take offs to wrap.

Do a search for winter tires or Michelin Defensers, bunch of people having discussion about their tire set ups, I was just reading some.

18 Silverado takeoffs with Blizzak DMV2 on our ‘22 Burb and it’s unstoppable in the snow.

New wheels were installed and had no clearance issues.

Do I need to do anything to adjust the speedometer reading? The installer said no, but I want to double-check

She's a little dirty, but the wheels look great.

Thanks again

I believe so long as your overall diameter 33” doesn’t change you are good. The rotations stay the same.

If you went with the Stock 20” Size of 275/60R20, there is a .2 inch difference in diameter, which results in about 0.2% difference on the speedometer. I’d not sweat it.

I’ve had the tires on for 2 months and I’m now relieving the speedometer is reading about 3 mph slow.

I assume I have to go to Chevy to have them reprogram the computer.

Any advice? I may need to decide whether to run the setup all year or change it so both wheel setups are the same.

Here are the two setups I have.
