Windown in backdoor mod to allow it to go down further

Has anyone performed a mod to make the rear windows go down further. The rear windows in my 99 esky only goes down about 6 inches or about 25%. Can I remove some child safety option inside the door panel to allow the window go down further?

Not possible in arched door frames. There is no clearance in door frame because door goes over wheel well. That is why suburbans can. It does not go over a wheel well.

my rears in my tahoe don't go down at all but in my burban they go all the way down.
