My baby is showing her age. Rust and paint bubbles are around the window pillar areas on all four doors. I can't sand with the window seals and trim in the way. I would really hate to jack them up as trim cost more than engine parts and are harder to get.

Does anyone know if these pieces are clipped or screwed on? Will I have to pull the door panels? I suck at body work but I need to make some effort before the spring rains.

From what I can remember the side molding pulls up and off of the window track the bottom molding is clipped in

going by how the dealer screwed me on my S-10 because it didn't rust THROUGH I doubt they will help.

Minor detail of buying it used might also effect the outcome.
