I have a 2013 TAHOE Z71 LT3 with hDD NAV and flip down DVD player. Trying to figure out what is causing noise in speakers any assistance appreciated.

Does the noise occur when the motor is not running? I'd confirm that first.

Does the noise come out of all speakers, or only certain ones?

If the noise stops when the motor is not running, and is coming out of all speakers when the motor is running, then I'd purchase and install a ground loop isolator from Crutchfield or Amazon, or any decent auto parts store (under $15) and install it.

Noise only when running.

Passenger rear door speaker needs replaced. Tried ordering thru oem direct but I got an email stating bc of strike. Once I replace speaker fingers crossed will fix issue. I was told a buzzing noise while talking on Bluetooth can be heard from other party
