a switch to kill either fuel pump or starter is likely the easiest.. I'd vote for starter so you don't have a dead battery / starter
another option is to pull ign fuse

in my ram I did similar to the wired kit above but used some like this:

if you go the wireless route you can just leave the kill remote on your keys and have nothing exposed in the cab
