What Size - Spare Tire Tool & Jack Retainer Bolt

Hola Amigos from Baja California Sur. I finally got the lift, Fox 2.0, and K02s done.

The mechanic lost the spare tire kit retainer clip bolt - does anyone know the measurement of this bolt?

A quick google search and I found one listed on evil bay. The bolt is 4" long.
