What do I need to install 6” screen bead unit?

So I own a moving company and on a move a guy gave me a DDX26BT head unit. I’d like to install it in my 2004 Tahoe LT. What do I need to buy to be able to properly install it? I know I need a wiring harness but what else aside from that? Do I need to get one of those things that will hold the head unit in place?

Get in touch with Crutchfield, as they have this head unit listed in their inventory. Talk to them like you are considering buying the head unit from them, and ask them what wiring harness adapter/connector and trim plate that you need to fit your truck. Then, simply purchase the parts that they say you need.

It ended up being a planet

it ended up being a planet audio pnv9650 which is a much cheaper head unit around $160 which I don’t care like I said I got it for free. However when we tried to install today with wiring harness I got from Amazon it only had the 24 pin female a lot and there was a 12 (I think) pin slot that I didn’t have the harness for so we couldn’t do it. I need to get both tbh but how much does it cost to get a shop to install it for you ?
