illegal here too but they don't hand out tickets to often, the ticket cost's just as much as it does to have the tint removed and put back on so it's easier to just pay the ticket

Finally back from deployment, got my new catch can, silicone wipers, and Valentine V1 detector installed( need to figure out a hardwire solution). Tommorow plasti dipping my rims flat black to see if I like the look. If so gonna try to find some snowflakes black them out and throw them on her.

Make sure you do 5 or 6 good coats. I had some thin spots on mine and it was a PITA to get off. It was my 1st time and a learning experience.

I routed a scrap phone cord along the front edge of the headliner, down the the A-pillar and into the right side of the dash where there are some main harness connectors. I connected the two middle wires (red and green, I believe) to a switched 12V and ground. I think pics are in my build thread.

on the mirror harness use the pink wire near the middle for power and the black wire on the corner pin for a ground

Also solved a horrible rattling sound in my dash. Pulled the passenger airbag and all trim and had my wife drive me around only to realize that I forgot to bolt down the Optima battery I installed in it last week. Wasn't even a dash rattle. Doh!

Been kinda rough on her the past week, I need to ease up, but dam this beast! lol I received the 2nd and 3rd row weathertech's couple weeks ago waiting for a couple more weeks before putting them in the weather is still scorching, 98degs past couple days, I am going to add some blue led's to the grill area and under the running boards and hook them up to the interior lights should look nice at night
