Dropped my XL off at the mechanic today to confirm my suspicion.

Gonna yank the heads, and send them off to the machine shop. While he's in there hes give it a tune up, maybe throw a new water pump on there, etc...

Did passenger side moog hub assembly since my abs activates every time I come to a complete stop but didn't fix it. So now going to look at driver side abs sensor and see if that's the problem. Also ordered a couple days ago led fog light bulbs since @Fosscore said they were nice and bright.

The LED output is pretty good considering the OEM housings, but much better than the weak halogens.

Nice when you hit somebody with the all lights on though.

The amp was benched at 489rms at 4ohm sometime back when I first bought it in 2013ish. It sounds good enough for me. I'm well beyond my days of 154db on 3-8's ported.

The wheel hub bearings showed up today but the upper control arms won't be here til tomorrow. So, that may be a Monday job and then get it aligned.

Got the Hoe back with the new fuel pump. Unbelievable what a new pump will do. It's like a different truck! Stomp on it, no hesitation, you just go!

It's just a monitor. I plan on hitting it with filler putty and then probably vinyl wrap it....or if I get bored enough I'll do an iPad or something.

And thank ya, I definitely wanted to hide it as much as possible.

I like those 2nd row outlets, I've been thinking of what to replace my rear radio with. That thing is so pointless and outdated now lol.
Also you got the dimensions specs on that box? How's it sound?

Lol smart. I was thinking of buying the thunderform box and stealing the dimensions and sending it back. I ain't paying $500 for a shallow 10 box. All those boxes are over priced. I bet yours sounds better with wood compared to plastic.

Wait... what Thunderform did you copy? That doesn't look anything like mine. It would be extremely hard to make the one I bought for the NBS vehicles. It's shaped to take advantage of every bit of available space in the area behind the panel in order to get .8 cu ft. out of it. I wouldn't have paid as much as I did if making one would have been easy. Here's what the real thing looks like and you can't see the complicated rear part of it. It's also pretty thick and has sound deadening material inside to make it sound better. It does sound good, especially with 400 watts RMS into a 10" JL Audio sub.

Yea can't make an exact replica with all those curves and that extension. Just enough for dimensions to fit behind the trim.
So how about those dimensions @quest51210 ? Lol

I was gonna take it a step farther with fiberglass. But we will see when I get there, eventually i want a nice 8 or 10 in that spot. Right now I'm happy with my L7 12 rattling my brains.

Went to empty out my wife's uncles truck. He had a double head on collision. The first one wasn't so bad. But when the truck was in a spin he got nailed again while the air bags were deflating. He got hit by two small cars. A saturn and a Kia Soul. Good thing it wasn't anything bigger cause the two small cars did a hell of a number to the truck. He broke some ribs and bruised up from the seat belt but walked away

The drivers side got hit first. It wasn't too bad but the second hit did the most damage. Good thing there was no passenger.
