Has anyone ever had a vent visor fall out?

My passenger rear randomly fell out the other day. It's been on for a little over a year.

What do you guys use to put them back?

The tape provided is so thin, I'm not sure what to use as I don't want it to affect how the window closes.

Any help would be appreciated :)

Thanks

Yea the small amount that comes on them don’t hold up after a year. I used 1/4 double sided tape and that did the trick

One of my Wade brand in channel visors did the same. I used 3m emblem tape to reattach it. It is super thin because it goes behind emblems... obviously.

I had no luck at Wally World. Everything they had was padded and wide. I'd rather not have to cut them down
Looks like I'll be ordering some.
Hopefully it'll be enough to redo all of them

Home Depot, Napa, arts and craft store like a Michales, CVS, staples. They all should carry some double sided tape

Good call. I didn't even think about craft stores, there's a few close by as well as Lowes.
Thanks:)

Well, I've been to every craft and hardware store in town and nobody has 1/4" double sided tape.

Looks like I'll be ordering some.

Can anyone provide the exact kind I'm looking for? I've seen so many but none for automotive use.

Thanks

I just used the emblem tape that I mentioned before... it's wider than 1/4" though.... I just stuck it on the visor and then trimmed it with a razor/exacto knife.

I'll have to double check. I don't remember seeing any emblem tape.
I'll swing by again today or tomorrow to see if I have any luck.
