Dont worry, it's coming. We moved it up towards the building because if it stayed where it was then it wouldn't get done, now I have to look at it all day so I'll be more inclined to work on it lol. If I can get the engine work done and hook some basic things up then maybe we can get it running this weekend or sometime next week to see what it sounds like, the rest will come in due time

Swapped the alternator and compressor from the old engine for various reasons, bolted it all down and making some progress. In other news, I will do EVERYTHING in my power to make sure these dipstick tubes fit, I'll clearance the hood if I have to

Slow going at the moment but I'm trying to get on it more. Need to do a little bit of wire lengthening and I think we'll be able to use the factory harness from the Hoe, after tweaking a few things of course.

This is it guys, the home stretch. Nathan spent the day helping me bang out a bunch of work today and we are maybe 80% of the way done! Got the harness mostly connected, just need to lengthen some of the wires. Exhaust manifolds on, distributor is in, and cooler lines are almost there. Need a new radiator, swap over the injector wiring for the big block, and other minor things. Here's some updated pics for now, hopefully the next update is when we fire up this beast and hear it roar!

Also, I'll be writing up a full list of what we have done to make this project possible as soon as it's done. There is limited info on this particular swap, despite the relative plug and play of the Chevy family of engines.
