Options based on budget Tahoe or Escalade?

I want an Escalade. If I get it my budget for performance mods will be about 6 to 7k. If I choose a Tahoe. I can do a budget of 9 to 10k. I’m stuck as I have no idea what the options are with these budgets. This would be a DD. I won’t be at the track. But I would like to match the power of the truck I’m leaving which is a Range Rover supercharged. Or a least close as I can get for my budget. I believe I can do some work but I will probably be going to a shop.

The other thing is a lot of both trucks I’ve seen have a lot of miles on them. How much is too much for these mods?
