I installed the Volant CAI Model 152536 and Ram Air Model 35753 everything was fine only wondered why they have a vent facing front of the radiator. I get that you can get air off the the fan from the front of the radiator but you will still suck in warm engine air also. Any thoughts (I also posted images of the install for the curious if you wanted to get the ram air upgrade for it.) Its my first engine upgrade for my Tahoe. I have upgraded my lights already.:drink_nl:

How did you attach the rubber hose from the intake tube to the OEM valve nozzle? Did you attach it to the existing valve nozzle that used to just kind of plug into the stock air intake? I found it was kind of tough to get it over the nozzle on the OEM piece. The reason I ask is because I did a tune with BBP and Justin keeps telling me he thinks there is an air leak and this is the only place I can think of where there could be a leak. Thanks in advance.

I used the hose that came with the CAI and pushed it over the rubber seal of the facttory sensor hose.

Absolutely. Thank you. The 2011 is set up a little differently (not sure what year your truck is). But the pictures cover it.
