Ok all. I finally got around to replacing the TPS and the IAC again. The TPS seems to be fine, but the new IAC has a metal head on it. I put in on, but the idle will not drop below 1700 rpm. My problem must be not getting a good IAC. Here is a picture of what I took off the car first (left) the one I just took off (middle) and the new one (right). I am going to have to try another one for now. Also I am getting my knock sensor errors again for 1 and 2! I just replaced them 3 months ago. I am done with this truck. ugh

Where are you getting your iacs from? Parts store don't sell them. Got 2 from Amazon, and 1 was bad right out of the box. Now my van won't idle until it's warmed up. I'd rather deal with that, then a 2700-2900 idle.

I get mine from Rockauto. They have different kinds it appears and I am not ordering the right one. They have the OEM AC Delco for $87.
