ok you impatient bastards i just picked it up from the shop. i came within INCHES of rear ending an expedition on the eay home. how bad would that have sucked? its raining and sleeting here so ill take better pics tomorrow. i was just able to jet the front end in the garage out of the rain...too much junk in the way to park it in there. we'll see what daylight brings.

everything came out ok. i LOVE the HIDs. i was worried that 10K was gonna be too blue/purple but its not. also, painting the rear vent caps black looks awesome.

To recap:

painted grille shell black
added clear bumper lights
added SS bumper cover (with no bumper underneath)
added grille tech mesh inserts
added 10K HIDs
painted rear chrome bumper black
painted vent caps black

I wasn't sure if I wanted the grille inserts to be black or leave them silver. I like the silver, it breakes it up a bit. If they were black it might be TOO black you know? Now the only silver is the lip on the rims and the inserts.

thanks. i like it much better than the chrome and the gray plastics. if i had a white one like 06 ^^ the chrome would be fine...and i woulda gone w/ chrome wheels.

Looking Real Clean! Like night and day and I agree leave the grill chrome to match the chrome lip of the wheels......at least thats what I would do

those grille inserts were only $40 shipped and the clear bumper lights were $30 shipped...adds alot to the front. you can get great deals on HIDs if you look. scoop up an ss bumper and youre gold.
