ask away. the wheels are 22s. i bought the lowering kit from Max on here.

Whats the make of the kit and how much did it cost. Sorry to ask but trying to do comparisons.

I just went to my local custom shop and they only do an Eibach 3/5 kit for $480 + $200 install

If you dont want to mention price on forum please PM me

Thanks

took them longer than expected and it should be ready tomorrow. they said the ss bumper was a pita to put on. he removed my factory front bumper to install it vs putting it over the top. this worries me in the event im in an accident. has anyone else had to remove their front bumper to get the ss bumper to mount the right way?

Yes. It's a seriously big pain in the ass to get off.....especially if you have leveled the bumper itself out to remove that annoying gap.

roof rack im torn about. on one hand i like the looks of it but on the other it would give it a smoother line. lots of ppl on here have taken them off only to put them right back on.

alot more people have left them off than have put them back on

mob, did you mean to refer to the roof rack quote or were you talking about the bumper removal?

i feel a little better then if others have them off. the guy at the shop own a nbs tahoe too w/ the ss bumper. he has the gap that Boss mentioned and said what a pain it is. i guess ill make room in the garage for a stock bumper now.

Haha me too. Don't keep us waiting too long. That's the biggest reason I hate the going under the knife threads. It causes all of us to see here ready for the pics!

Hey narco.
I'm interested to know what the shop charged you for the paint work and putting SS bumper and trim back on?

I'm going to be doing the same thing including the HD hood and painting the rear bumper

Thanks
