tweeters in a Tahoe

Hey guys I'm new here but have really appreciated the info from everyone on the site already as it has helped tremendously. I'm finishing a minor stereo upgrade on an 04' tahoe with the factory bose stereo. just added a single 12" woofer and am now on to trying to install some highs to even it out. Wondering if anyone knows what would be best in the way of tweeters/amp? I plan to run a dedicated amp and 2-3 sets of tweeters. I dont want to spend a fortune but I dont want to put crap in there either.. any help would be appreciated.

I would do component speakers with a dedicated amp and be done with it. Better sound quality, better power capabilities, and more adjust-ability. I run 2 sets on Memphis audio 6.5's in my truck and love the way it sounds. And it definitely sounds better then the stock bose.
