Crackle in my tweeters

My Tweeters in the A-pillar crackle if I turn it up. I already replaced them twice and installed in line bass blocker @ 5k hrz and it only helped a little. With the stock tweeters anything over a low volume would crackle and now i can go to a mid volume before they crackle. I've never used the word "crackle" this much before in a paragraph. ANyhoot, i replaced my stock head unit with a pioneer for apple car play and used whatever crutchfield recommended the plug and play interface iDatalink HRN-HRR-GM2 It's a 2012 LTZ Bose stock amp , everything else no issues, the whole audio system sounds Great! even friends mention how clear it is but again anything over a mid volume "Crackle!"
never had this problem before in any car and i don't really wanna now gut my the whole system

i honestly can't remember what it sounded like before i swapped out head unit and interface, it was only a couple weeks of local driving.

You said you replaced the tweeters twice. Was this with original Bose tweeters or something aftermarket?

I ask because the Bose system uses odd ohm ratings on their speakers.

Replaced with after market Infinity, as per crutchfield fitting guide. I hear what your saying about ohm's but if that were way off it would sound even worse then stock no? and it actually sounds better. i once put the wrong ohm 6x9 in my old lexus cause had no idea they were 2ohm from factory and it sounded real low no power.

This was a Pennsylvania car for it's first half of life so it could be the cold weather got to the tweeters after 12 years but idk my gut isn't telling me that cause i've been to vermont skiing with stupid cold temperatures blasting music in the parking lot on my old 15 yo cars with no issues.

i'm just guessing at this point but i think i'll need to replace the bose amp or get a second small amp just for the tweeters but then i'd also need an amp for the rear tweeters and this all gets very complicated so why not just replace everything and now we're back at square once again... sorry just venting. if i have a bunch of people in my ride or i'm on the beach i just wanna blast some music once in a while and it shouldn't be this complicated for a top of line GM. argh
