Tri ball hitch with hook

is the tri-ball with hook compatible with the tahoe back up sensors?
home depo seems to have a special on one


I want to make sure if someone hit my suv again
that is will destroy their car as a penalty.. most likely it was one of my neighbors that backed into it... I can't think of anywhere else it happened

I have had a tri-ball without a hook on my Yukon with no issues with the sensor.

yeah it;s not sensor compatiable

but I know how to make it work

but it would take an hour or 2 and void the warranty

Now you just need to weld some sharp spikes onto it to really tear up the front of the "bullet" vehicle when it rear-ends you.

I’m missing something as usual. Does it stick out too far? I’ve had my hitch for years with no problems to my sensors. If so can’t you shorten it and drill new holes?

I think he meant the Super Bumper will interfere with the sensors. The tri-ball should not mess with them.
