As @pwtr02ss sad you will need some heat. You can start with that propane torch you have it might do it. Just make sure you use lots and LOTS of penetrating oil.

Yes, supposedly it's a stainless header. Been in it about 4 yrs. They were new sensors at the time.

After you've warmed up your propane bottle inside the house, try the torch again. It might work and it's the first 'wrench' you should use on that sensor.
