AFAIK, if you’re not hydro boost, they should be “vacuum assisted”. That’s what I have. Doubelieve has a good suggestion.Nah, just reg hydraulic brakes.

Yes you are correct--sorry. I checked the vacuum line. Visually it looks ok, both ends appear to be on nice and tight.AFAIK, if you’re not hydro boost, they should be “vacuum assisted”. That’s what I have. Doubelieve has a good suggestion.
sounds like air in the master, i think i posted how i bleed a master on the car. ever try bleeding them 2 lines off the master?Yes you are correct--sorry. I checked the vacuum line. Visually it looks ok, both ends appear to be on nice and tight.
I haven't. Can you remind me Scotty.sounds like air in the master, i think i posted how i bleed a master on the car. ever try bleeding them 2 lines off the master?

They told me they can bleed by the bleeders or the master cylinder. Days already done the bleeders.
After doing that will I need to do the bleeders then? Will I be putting air into the system by cracking those lines?crack both line nuts free off the master, and snug em back up, then have someone pump the brakes 3-4 times and hold em, you then crack a line. if theres air you'll hear it spitting, bleed each line 3-4 times.
i like to wrap a rag around the wrench and line nut so you minimize the mess.

Thx Scotty.i generally would re bleed, but if the pedal firms up, you could let it go.
and no air can get in as long as you snug the bolt back up before the pedal is lifted, just like a caliper.
Do that before crack the reservoir lines at the mc? Won't the bubbles get pushed into the abs unit? Also, if you compress one front and one rear caliper you will push any air you got into the line up into the reservoir.
No no no on the balancing. That’s ridiculous, they need to spin the tire on the rim and put the weights on the inside. That looks stupid. If they did that to one of my rims I’d be screaming. I won’t even let a shop use crimp on weights, stick ons only, and hidden as much as possible. That's alot of weight.View attachment 264936
They just bled the brakes, and it still sux.View attachment 264937
I actually brought my Tech 2 and showed them how to do the automated bleed. They did it twice that way, and 3 times without the Tech 2. Imo the brakes feel worse then when I went in.
I was there 6 hours! Only thing they charged was for the tires.View attachment 264951 View attachment 264952
How does this look to you guys? Supposedly he couldn't do 1 adjustment because he didn't have a special tool. What kind of bs is that? Does the printout look ok? I have no clue what I'm looking at. I was told my tires MIGHT wear on the inside.
Fu$king clueless rookies!
Sorry, let me clarify.Do that before crack the reservoir lines at the mc? Won't the bubbles get pushed into the abs unit?
I'm back.View attachment 265006
