I’d say dry fit the CHMSL in the sunlight and see what it looks like. As well plug it in tonight and see if you are feeling it. If not, ship it back.

Where'd you get that light? Looks pretty much like mine. I kind of thought the same thing. I think "smoked" is relative. Its not clear, I guess.

That's what flat washers are for.

I just used the stock concave washer. Sticks out some, but it works.

Yeah, looks like the one. Did you get the rubber gasket and plug with yours? I didn't.

No. Just the light. I cleaned and reused the old gaskets.

Can always smoke the lens yourself. If I did the entire light across the back of the Esky, that little light should be easy.

I just ordered some Bosch rear ceramic pads, along with a coolant temp sensor and coolant temp sensor adapter for the head. Also a chmsl, the black/smoked lens. Old one has some bulbs out.

It has. All the vinyl wrap and tint has been hanging on and no signs of it peeling off. And this thing sees a car wash at least twice a week.

I think it's having more issues then just the fans. Getting weird codes. Calling around looking for someone to reflash it---or something. Also doesn't feel like it's 100% powerwise.

I’m hoping you have the tools onboard to put that back on since it keeps happening? You need to have someone hit the gas a few times while you look at it so you can see what’s going on because something is definitely wrong.

I'm good. I didn't get up that fast, I had just left the toll.

I’m hoping you have the tools onboard to put that back on since it keeps happening? You need to have someone hit the gas a few times while you look at it so you can see what’s going on because something is definitely wrong.

You know.......I was saying to my gf 2 days ago that I needed to put some tools in the teuck--I didn't. My mother came to my rescue . Good ol' mom. Literally took me 30 secs. While I was waiting I looked at all the pulleys--spun them, eye balled everything. Only thing I really saw was some rubber from the old belt that was in some of the grooves of the power steering pulley. I took it all out with my knife. That's really the only thing I saw. I really hope it doesn't happen again. Shit gets old.
I'll get my gf to gas it for me eventually. Just hard for her to get down the stairs now.
