This is why we can't have nice things......

Welcome to WI. Had -17F, now 55F at 12:07 in the morning. Doors open on the shop. 2 days ago, my heated floor couldn't keep up with the wind and snow, now its sweatshirt wearher. My Yukon after the roads around here. I can't keep shlt clean.... Just washed it 2 days ago. This weather sucks all the dlcks.....

But, on a happy note, these winter wheels claw like nobodies business. To the weather I like free heat, but dang, it's weird.

I feel your pain @B-train we just did the same thing here in Ohio (not quite as extreme on the cold end as you guys in Wisconsin), but still we were at -10. Then now it's like 40's-50's.

My Denali is caked in dirty road grime and dried snow/salt shit. I was going to wash it, but why? Scattered rain is in the forecast for the next 3 days, the snow is still melting, roads will still be wet and dirty...

It is not pleasant to look at and see though...

We recently had a 45 degree change from day to night. Strange winter so far. There are many times, though, when I think, why the h-e-l-l am I living in NH??

I'll spend a day detailing the rig and then the wife takes it with all the grandkids down a red silt dirt road with the windows down! And whoever invented yogurt in a squeeze tube should be shot! I know the pain.....

I have a 5 year old and a messy wife. Everyday I have to vacuum and clean the inside windows in the back. The black interior shows everything. If I miss a day or two the interior looks terrible.

My Old Man Gold (Gold Mist) Tahoe is pretty good at hiding the dirt! The "Blizzard of the Century" turned into about 1/2" of snow here in SE WI., but the roads have been wet for almost 2 weeks now because of the warm temps/cold ground. Nearly impossible to keep a vehicle clean.

Ha ha! Love the "old man gold." That's the color of my 2008 Denali. It does scream OLD DUDE IN HERE, but it hides the dirt well and is a good color to fly under the radar with.......stereotypes do work. LOL

I see a lot of Buick's from that era in that color, hence the name. I do like the color combined with the tan interior.
