Suspension help on leveled tahoe

I got the rough country 2” lift/ leveling kit with keys up front and the small 1-2” spacers in the back.
I do not like the spacers. Seems noisy. Will the bilstein 199021 give me that extra “lift” I need to make it look right without the spacer.
and I’d liked to swap all my RC shocks with bilstein 5100s

What do you mean by noisy?

I think everyone uses Z71 tahoe springs to get rid of the spacers.

What do you mean by noisy?

I think everyone uses Z71 tahoe springs to get rid of the spacers.
Once I installed them just over bumps it make alil noise. Nothing crazy just want to fix it. And good to know about the z71 spring I’ll look into that
