Just read all this. Been thinking about headers....seems as if it just keeps going from there lol Sounds great and nice install. Always liked your hoe.

How do you like the 3.2 pulley compared to the first one (2.9?)?

The larger pulley is a 3.7. Now it quicker. Off the line. smaller pulley dosnt take as much to spin up. Gotta relearn accelerator positions again lol

Are you going to stay at this pulley for now then, or keep going up in boost?

Im looking at headers for my 6.2 now....

Gonna do another dyno run to see if Its safe to move up. VNot sure if I should boost anymore. I may be on the fence now if I don't start building up tranny or other drivetrain components

I know if I tried to do something like this I would just blow up my truck. I envy your work. Don't blow her up.

Maintaince and upgrading brakes.
Royal purple oil
Royal purple rear diff service
PowerFlush the brake fluid and used the automated brake bleed on my snap on modus scanner
Stop tech pads and cryo slotted rotors. Changed over to Goodridge Ss lines. Changed the calipers too because bleed screws frozen so had no choice.
Waiting on a back ordered rr rotor
I was considering Willwood but really hard to justify 4K

After waiting a month for the rr rotor, I was finally able to finish my brake upgrades. The only thing I have left to tackle is the mid lines on the rear. They run above the axle. Soaked them in kroil and save those for another day.

As far a braking. It's really nice. There isn't really any pedal travel anymore and the pedal is really firm. They still look small and maybe another upgrade to bigger in the future. But for now, I'm really happy with this set up.

I just noticed on the brake line pic. Why haven't you cut the bump stop bracket off yet?

One of these days maybe. I never had any problems back there. I'm lowered 3 in the rear any have helper bags at 10 psi. I couldn't find a spacer that I was happy with. Before it was either looking to low in the rear cali lean look even though it was slight or too high. With the bags I could air up or down and find angle I was happy with.

Niiiuce build. I have a few questions for you..

What did this cost you?
Did you have to upgrade oil pump or fuel system?
What can the stock engine handle?

TIA

Haven't tallied the numbers but just the cost of parts because I did all the labor myself.
No oil pump upgrade needed, injectors that come with supercharger is enough to support 7-10 psi. Maybe more but I was told may need to switch to methonal to achieve more

Rear o2 are disabled I put the wb in the driver side rear o2 as cyc 5 and 7 seem to be the most problematic and fail. Moutning to wb here I can monitor if that side starts running lean.
I plan on using the pass rear o2 and adding another wb for that side
