unknown at this time.
my suv body vibrates and i use polk mm1040 svc with a kenwood xr-5s. i would say it is good for a sealed chamber unit under seats. I don't do hip hop really nor have i tested it to its limits i am sure.

Do a false floor for the subs.

I considered this but then i would have to put a lot of work into making it fully waterproof so i doesnt get ruined....we just finished our vacation trip Thursday at Gulf Shores and we constantly put wet or dirty items in the back

Here's the project I'm working on...didn't want to compromise any space so I cut into my quarter panel trim.

That does look nice! My sub is just a 10 sub. i built a MDF box and put it in the same exact spot as where your doing the fiberglass one. To someones post earlier about the bass output, the output of the bass will be determined by the size, shape, and whether or not the box is ported or not. Yes the size of the subs and the different specs will make diff bass, but the box will ultimately determine the bass output.

Ok you know you need to post the build pics and more info on this!!!!!

I Concur! Milehigh, you HAVE to put a build post together on this!

I too am a fiberglass guy and have been considering doing a box for a 10" behind the spare tire in my 2dr. I'd be utilizing the extra space for the tire jack, but only need about 1.25cuFt for the sealed enclosure, so if my calculations are correct I should be fine.

More pics please!!!
