Whats going on fellas? Finally registered with u guys. Anyway bout year or so somewhere around there I wanted to give the truck some umf. Was either going to fine a wipple/magnacharger or an sts. Im not going to crazy with the truck just a little something. Dont want the truck to be to loud like the procharger (D1SC) I have on my chevelle (1971) but my tires make enough noise. Ill be driving the truck everyday. Gas mileage is kinda an issue since in hawaii and driving threw the mountains but hey pleasure costs money right. Does anyone have input on what i should go with later on? Got any questions then shoot. Thanx a lot fellas. Only mods the truck has is a K&N and flowmasters.

If you drive a lot through mountains and hilly terrain, I'd probably opt for a twin-screw or roots style s/c. You can get boost low in the rpm and have the tq down low to help you get up the grades with much less effort.
If you don't go too crazy and spend a lot of time in boost, you should see a gain in mpg since the engine will be more efficient. I gained a couple mpg when I had the s/c on my old stock 5.3.
