Strut Side Vents Installation?

Anyone ever installed the Strut side vents on their escalade? I picked up a pair real cheap on craigslist, but im kind of stumped on how to isntall it. I think i have to take off the fenders?

We are doing a Platinum conversion to our Escalade, I can probably fill you in on how to do this in a few days if no one else has. You probably will have to remove the fender to get to the vent though.
