Wow. Didn't even know aftermarket valences were made to attach to the factory bumper. Looked it up and there are a couple options. Didn't see that one.
I'd genuinely be interested in a more high tucked version. I see guys run no valence for more clearance but not a fan of the look.

I was told it was oem, but rare. But can't remember anything else about it. It's a vehicle I have to part out because the owner not only won't provide the title, but has gone no contact.

By the way, that Valence is on a 2004 Suburban 2500 SLT Quadrasteer.
