Starting mods on my 2001 Yukon

Well it seems like I also caught the mod disease.

I started by removing the emblems from tail-gate and grille.

Then I just added new smoked LED tail lights. What an improvement!

I plan on removing the roof-rack and the side mouldings, and finding a nice set of summer wheels. I love the stock 20" from 07 and up GM style. I'm thinking about powder-coating them black, and possibly blacking out all the chrome on this rig. Here are some before and after shots.

Order some clear lower lights and remove the amber plate from your headlights.. makes a nice difference for like 30 dollars

You take off your headlights and bake them in the oven. Pull them apart, remove the plate and clean them up.. I polished mine a little and was real careful.. then I resealed and baked again. look great.. I will try to get pics

I think when I ordered mine they were called bumper lights.. I dont know why lol. Got them on ebay for like 15 dollars

yes the orange part in the headlight.. pull it out and you have clear headlights for the cost of some silicone
