Standard Onstar in 2009?

I recently bought an 09 Tahoe LT1 and it didnt come with an Onstar rear-view mirror...I was wondering if Onstar was standard on 2009 models, as there are what look like microphones/speakers directly above the stereo. Either way, approximately how much would it be to get the OEM rear-view mirror with Onstar installed?

Well if not then I wouldn't of noticed it. Haha I've had an '04 for a while now.
Pretty random though, I just found this website today.

this site is great guys. Chase, i'm assuming your vehicle comes with onstar just without the mirror keypad correct ? if thats the case i think you can swap it with a Denali mirror or a higher end one that has the keypads. let me do some research and will let u know if its possible
