I'm new here so I hope I'm doing this right. I have a 2007 Yukon XL SLT with 38,000 miles on it.
My remote Lock, unlock/start oem fob has stopped blowing the horn for any operation. The horn does blow when pushed on the steering column so I know it works,. the only thing I see out of the ordinary is on the information screen "Passenger door open" and only when I put it in gear from park. No doors are open or ajar. The right rear passenger door sensor was replaced about a year and a half ago by the dealer. I don't have any codes showing up. Can anyone help me out.

Did you confirm that your settings on the DIC are correct?

Also, if it thinks a door is open, it will act differently as well.

EDIT: I confirmed that on our Yukon, if a door is open, the horn will not chirp. You might have a bad door-open switch. Do your dome lights stay on?
