I’m planning to upgrade to slightly larger tires in the next couple weeks. Just curious if there is an active secondary market for the OEM tires (in my case, 275/60-20 Continental tires with less than 1k miles on them). Who has had luck reselling them on Craigslist, eBay, Facebook, etc? I have to think this is a fairly common size so there should be a decent secondary market, no?

I have bought several sets of “take off” tires from Craigslist for a great price. Even got a set with rims for under $600

Craigslist. Never waited more than 1 week to complete a sale.

I too have bought and sold many sets of wheels and tires on CL but for some reason I got ZERO interest in my continental tires a few months back. Ended up selling them to a buddy for $300 for the set of 4 with 5K miles on em.
