Through intake or exhaust?

Have you verified spark timing?

Would you kindly provide a video of the issue? Hard to explain is admittedly difficult to help. A no start condition can be everything from bad fuel to a blown engine. We are going to need a decree of conciseness in explanations or the only answer you'll get would be to take it to someone who knows what they're doing. Help us help you

So when it happened it didn't completely die. It still rai but it felt like it was running on 4 or less cylinders. It would only idle and if I have it gas it would get worst and almost die. I let it idle for a min. Then turned it off. Then it would turn over but no start. I'll try to take a vid asap.

There's a few pics of rotor and cap

What brand distributor cap and rotor is it? I’ve had an aftermarket one give me fits after a couple of months. Delco seems to be the way to go.

A spark tester would probably be helpful right now. See if any one cylinder looks weaker than the others. Someone mentioned it above, pulling the offending plug wire off may actually make it run better (though still not very well).

If that checks out, a fuel pressure test may be in order. Most parts stores will rent a gauge set or you can get a cheap one at Harbor Freight. Spec is 60-66 psi with ignition on, engine off.

those don't look to bad at all, looks like some normal wear. did you try pulling one plug wire at a time while it is idling to see if one more do not make any noticeable difference? if you record a video you can upload it to youtube and then just post the link in the comments
No because it won't start

well you can check for spark as someone noted earlier, I would also test for fuel pressure. if it was running fine previously and you have fuel pressure and spark then maybe it jumped time or something? just speculating.....
