Hey guys so I was driving down the road and I herd a loud smack and this was falling off my truck. Any idea what it's called and where I can find one or the proper adhesive to reattach

If it’s still in one piece and in decent shape, they sell weatherstrip adhesive to reattach it. The front part of mine started coming loose and Flapped around. Weatherstrip adhesive secured it perfectly.
