I have done some research because i will be doing this mod soon as well and it kinda depends on what look you want.. If you want a seemless roll pan and want to weld it to the body, most likely a metal Sir Michaels roll pan would be best. I am going to go with the urethane Street Scene Roll Pan, a couple of guys here have them. I like the shape of it, there is a little bump at the bottom that continues the lines of the truck, it looks really clean. My $.02..

thing is i dont want a roll pan any more. thats why its just sitting in the back room. i tow a 17ft trailer almost weekly and its hit my bumper twice in the last year. if i had a roll pan, i'd have taken it to the body shop twice this year. LOL

Here is a nice looking one. Steel and doesn't have that lip at the bottom.

gonna go ahead with the sir michaels, from the pic on their site it looks like what I have now but without the dents, bend and missing paint. Once it comes in the custom shop in flannagan Il will be doing the work. Feel sorry for state farm cause they're not cheap by any means lol. Told me probably lookin at $1500 to do the job.

snapped a few pics for ya's. The damaged one was made for a pickup so the doors overhung(gay) and I wanted to replace it anyhow but just so happens it came free from state farm :)
