I was starting to get a little discouraged having an 02 Denali as a lot the mods seemed to be more for the 03-06. Finding this post has giving me so much excitement! Thanks for putting this together!
Hell yeah brother , if there's any threads for 00-02 to aspire to this is one of them. :burnout:

That's what I thought. Just pulled it back a little. Lining up the edge but making it slightly off on the curves, which nobody would ever notice unless you're at a low enough eye level like with a mouse.
Exactly. My truck is low enough you can't even get your head down there to see. Sneaky mofo.

I think the 99-02 Denali is the best of the NBS but I may be biased. One thing I really like is the all-mechanical AWD with no traction control switch to turn on or off. It just plain hooks up and the transfer case is rated for 500+ HP. I hope this thread is a motivator for anyone wanting to build one of these. Just wait until the Whipple is installed. It's gonna be even more of a blast to drive.

Here's some shots from underneath and from the front. It lines up in the middle portion like before, it just doesn't line up where the Denali bumper curves out towards the outer ends. I like the way it is now, I think it looks like it fits better.

This is a definite improvement! Nicely done.

Today I had an exhaust shop weld on my new Corsa-style exhaust tip. They had to cut part of my pipe off and bend a new pipe to make it fit right. The cheap slip-on I installed myself had seen better days and this double outlet one looks way better. Plus I had them tuck it up closer to the body.

Love how these look. The exhaust tip hangs too darn low in these trucks.

Got my new Spohn boxed rear lower control arms and the new Moog uppers will be here tomorrow. Weather is back to rain and since I work in my driveway, it looks like they won't get installed this weekend. As usual though, these are top-notch stuff from Spohn. Awesome quality and I believe these will definitely stiffen up the rear as advertised. Plus they'll look cool through my wheels lol.

Ordered a set of Spohn boxed lower rear control arms to help eliminate any possible wheel hop. These should look sweet too, they'll be visible through my Dubs lol. Ordered new Moog rear uppers too so all the bushings will be new.

You got a link to where you found these?

You can find all their stuff for the NBS here: http://www.spohn.net/shop/2000-2006-GM-SUV-Suburban-Tahoe-Yukon-Avalanche-Escalade-Hummer-H2/

I actually bought them from Tony @ tbssowners.com here on the forum. Aka NorcalSS. I sent him a PM to see if he'd beat their price which he did. Just by a few $$$ but every bit helps. Spohn stuff never sells for less than list anywhere on the internet.

Thank you, sir. I guess I will be hitting up the guru when I'm ready.

They look awesome... I think I'm going the same direction with my 07 Yukon. Did he give you an indication of HP limitations? Thats my main concern with mine being AWD. What are your HP goals with the whipple?

HP limitations on control arms? I've never heard of that and that's probably the last thing that would break. I'm more concerned with the trans or transfer case. Or the diff or any other number of parts of the drivetrain. I don't have any specific HP goal, Ill just have to see what it ends up with. Just want to make it a bit more fun to drive lol.
