What trouble did you have with your wheels? If it’s rubbing I’d be surprised if an 8” wheel caused that but my vehicle isn’t lifted.

Sorry for late reply, I don't see in alert new post. Must look at the settings. :)
I now my English are a bit bad. :D My new wheelse did get my car limp worse then a drunken sailor with a wooden bone, so did have to return them.
Did order them here online in Sweden so did get many problems down the road, one rim was a total mess, not anything that hade happen after it was painted because it was flawless in the paint. The rim was not round and was 10 mm larger on a half turn on the diameter, and the inner side did wobble crazy.
Sadly now my car stand with new tires on my original worn and ugly original wheels.

Did get a very big interest of the PPV wheels now instead after looking in @Tonyrodz thread with his gorgeous PPV wheels, and original are original and aftermarket are aftermarket, I at least always run in problems with aftermarket parts.

Sorry for long post. :D

Edit: The original wheels don't have a ugly design but are in very poor condition...

Gotcha. Is there a powder coating shop near you? That’d be the least expensive and you can choose the finish.

I will have to do some measuring on my hoe, mine had the self leveling ( nivomat style) but one was ruined in the accident that made me get the truck, I swapped the rear axle, and springs from my z71 avalanche ( as I had read the stock ones where soft with the nivomat setup) and it looked like a racoon with its haunches in the air. so I cranked the bars to net about an inch or so in the front and it is much better but I don't know what it was supposed to be ( I could not measure the rear with the nivomat pumped up as it was not drivable/broken)

Thanks for your contribution to the thread. :)
Would be amazing if you did some measuring on your truck, always fun to compare here what makes a certain height. :)
Thanks.

Ok, so as stated I have the front cranked about 1-1 1/2 inches and stock ( far as I am aware) avalanche Z71 springs and standard shocks.

35 1/5 front and 38 1/2 rear

I would guess at rest without the rear pumped up from driving that it was about 34-34 1/2 front and rear prior.

And here is a pic that I just did, well because I can.

Top is current, cranked with 265/70/17 ( wheels off my avy, because I had a blowout with the duratracs below)

Center is just after the axle/spring swap with 264/75/16 duratracs, so stock front and the obviously taller springs rear.

Bottom is stock with 235/85/16 winter force that was on it when I got it.

Again I don't know how it would have sat after driven as it Wes damaged and not driveable.

Hi.

I am a bit curious what you guys have for measurement from the ground to top centrum of the wheel well on the fenders, both front and rear. Hope I do make any sense and point out the right name for it. :)

Anyway I would be great if you post picture here of your truck and list the suspension and your wheel setup.
