Remove 2nd Row Overhead Console?

What's the proper way to remove this? You can see it's hanging in the front corner and I need to get in there to see how to fix it. I took the clear light covering off but don't see any clips or screws....

The HVAC module comes out, then you’ll see the screws. Just use a flathead screwdriver or similar to slide in along the module and pull it out, it just pops in.
